
He is an economist by training, but has been working in the field of digitalization for years, focusing in recent times on digital transition and process automation.
His career began in mobile telecommunications (TIM) from 1996 to 2001, where he served in the General Directorate as Process and Outsourcing Manager within Customer Operations.
In 2004, he joined Almaviva, first as General Manager of Atesia — at the time, the largest outsourced call center in Italy — and later as COO and Executive Board Member of Almaviva do Brasil from its foundation (2006) until 2012.
Since 2012, he has been involved — first in Brazil and then with CAI in Italy — in Digital Transformation and Process Automation, as well as in strategic consulting for SMEs at CAI.
Since 2021, he has been a Senior Consultant at Customer Analytics Italia and collaborates with LEF Lean Experience Factory, specializing in Digital Transition, Process Automation/Robotization (RPA – Robotic Process Automation).
