After studying Materials Engineering, Giulio began his industrial career as a specialist in plastics, later gaining years of experience in the automotive and furniture sectors. He held roles of increasing responsibility, including Lean Manager and Site Manager, both in Italy and abroad, at leading companies such as Friul Intagli, Tecnoarredamenti, Sitland, and Brenta Pcm.
Throughout this journey, he developed advanced skills in operational management, continuous improvement, and production flow optimization from a Lean perspective, and he also earned certification as an Innovation Manager.
Giulio joined the CAI team to support manufacturing companies with his extensive experience in implementing Lean approaches across different functions, improving efficiency in both production and administrative areas.
