Graduating in December 2019 from the University of Southern California, Ermanno, to stimulate his curiosity, spent his university years developing his passion for vintage watches and enjoying selected work opportunities, including working for Bain & Company.
Before joining CAI, he spent a couple of years in real estate private equity in Italy, and now he is a full-time consultant specializing in strategy and digital technological applications (e.g., machine learning and artificial intelligence).
