Francesco Froni graduated in Economics & Finance from Bocconi University and is currently completing a Master in Management at ESCP Business School.
During his academic journey, he collaborated with 180 Degrees Consulting as a Senior Consultant, leading a project for the Portuguese NGO CASA, dedicated to supporting homeless individuals in Berlin. At the same time, as a Project Manager for Build It Up, he supports early-stage startups in developing strategies and acceleration processes.
In 2025, he gained direct experience in the financial sector through an internship with the Investment Banking team at Intermonte, where he was involved in financial analysis, company valuations, and operational support for M&A transactions involving Italian mid-cap companies.
Francesco is driven by curiosity and a strong motivation to continuously deepen his knowledge, aiming to contribute concretely and effectively to the team and client needs.
